We bought the … We bought the German version of this product and the quality is outstanding. Have you ever felt the difference between a Ford and a Mercedes? i rest my case. We got ours at Simply Mirror TV who were really helpful and knew their stuff.
I’ve done 2 and yes … I’ve done 2 and yes, there is reflection, but for outdoors and bathrooms it’s great. Mine cost about $200 for the mirror & materials. Use any LCD TV, so you save on that vs. Seura. See my video here and instructions on my blog.
hey, it’s cool, ok. … hey, it’s cool, ok. just crazy glare if the lights are on. but this is more of a cool, conversation-starter TV, not like a good-ol’-watched-24-hours-a-day-TV
i think its a good idea, and they can work on it and stuff.
I just installed 2 … I just installed 2 units in a home last week. I have seen 2-way mirror installations and this is tons better…in both mirror quality and TV quality. The premier series unit I installed in a bedroom is designed for TV performance and had minimal glare. Check their website, they also have a series called Decouverte that does not vanish and has zero glare. It is expensive, but the quality and performance make it worth every penny.
I can’t believe … I can’t believe they don’t realize that the mirror is REFLECTING objects. It’s just as useless as a bubble screen TV. People switch to LCD for the fact that it’s flat, compact, and NO GLARE. Ain’t no way in I’m blowing $10,000 on a useless product like that. Sure it might seem cool on paper, but in reality, it’s completely unpractical.
This is a TV for … This is a TV for rich people, they just whnat expensive things and stuff with style, they think:
“The image sucks but look how shiny it is!”
FURTHERMORE! this … FURTHERMORE! this isn’t anything innovative. It’s just a one sided mirror with a TV behind it. WOW, like that hasn’t been out for ages.
another bad things … another bad things for this TV is…you have to close your curtain when watch it, otherwise you can see too much reflection of other things.
its tru.. but i don … its tru.. but i don tink it will glare so mutch If you turn the ligths down..
it like if you gett sunshine on the tv screen. then ist werry har to see.

Your an idiot if you think these are made to be watched for long periods of time.
Now putting it in the bathroom mirror would be a different story. Catch up on the news or weather while you get ready to go to work.
